The three-day Whitewater Kayaking Course on the Dunajec River is an intensive 12 hours of activities on the water. The course program includes both practical classes and field theory, which gives you a more complete understanding of how to navigate white water rivers. We provide a full set of equipment and appropriate clothing, and our experienced instructor will ensure your safety and skill development throughout the course. During the classes, you will have the opportunity to admire beautiful landscapes, feel adrenaline and meet other kayaking enthusiasts. The course is planned in such a way that everyone, regardless of their level of advancement, can feel comfortable and develop their skills. We will start with the basics, providing you with a solid foundation, and then gradually introduce you to more advanced techniques, always ensuring your safety and comfort. Classes are conducted by qualified Whitewater Kayaking Instructors, who were also competitors and Polish Representatives in the World and European Championships in this discipline, so you can be sure that the learning takes place under the supervision of experts who know whitewater kayaking inside out. This is a unique opportunity to combine learning with adventure, as well as develop your passions among people who share your interests.

For whom?

For people without experience (you don't need to know how to kayak before). The course is a great opportunity for people who want to start their adventure with whitewater kayaking, as well as for those who want to improve their skills and move to a higher level. For beginners (people with no experience), we will focus on the basics; learning rowing techniques, balancing in a kayak, and building self-confidence on the water. For more experienced course participants, more advanced exercises are prepared that allow you to improve your technique, cope with more difficult water obstacles and control the kayak in demanding conditions.

Wietrznice Resort is located in a picturesque valley between the Gorce Mountains, Beskid Wyspowy and Beskid Sądecki, which provides not only beautiful views, but also numerous opportunities for active recreation. Thanks to its location on the Dunajec River, it is an excellent base for mountain hiking, cycling trips, kayaking and fishing. The proximity of the mountains and the river means that everyone will find something for themselves here, regardless of whether they prefer hiking on trails, water sports or simply relaxing surrounded by nature. The Wietrznice resort offers a variety of accommodation options that ensure a comfortable stay in a unique atmosphere. You can also use the hot sauna and hot tub, eat in our restaurant or spend nice time by the bonfire with your friends.

    8:00 activities on the track or rafting along the Wietrznice – Łącko route (approx. 9 km). Warm-up on land/water. Rafting and exercises on selected sections of the river. Improving the acquired techniques on more demanding rapids (approx. 3 hours)
    12:00 end of training return to accommodation

    14:00 end of course
    Our equipment: We have the highest quality equipment from renowned global brands, which we regularly service and prepare to ensure that each customer is fully safe. Kayaks from the Pyranha, Waka, Zet, EXO and Spade brands are the equipment with which starting your kayaking adventure is the best possible choice. Neoprene wetsuits, vests, helmets, and oars are also equipment that we carefully prepare individually for each student, so that each student has perfectly fitting clothing.

      Is the course conducted by experienced instructors?

      Our team includes former and active members of the national team, including two

      time Olympian Paweł Sarna! These are titled competitors and experienced whitewater kayakers

      members of many kayaking expeditions on the most difficult rivers in Europe, enthusiasts of many sports.

      Do the instructors speak English?

      By all means, our instructors speak English.

      Do I need to know some basics of kayaking?

      Don't worry, we'll teach you everything :)

      Is the minimum age for participants 12 years old, or can a younger child participate?

      Actually, age doesn't matter here. What counts is willingness, commitment and general physical fitness.

    What to remember

    Please take thermal clothing or Lycra, a T-shirt, leggings, underwear, socks, shoes (comfortable, lace-up with a hard sole), a towel (on cold days, take a hat and warm clothes that you can wear after classes),

    To replenish energy, you will need tea, coffee, a bar, fruit puree in sachets, and water.

    You can take cycling gloves with you or, for example, to the gym.
